These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jiboss ("jiboss," "we," "us," "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jiboss website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and all related services available at jiboss.club.
By accessing the jiboss platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies incorporated by reference — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and jiboss with respect to the subject matter herein. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or bonus terms published by jiboss, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
Access to the jiboss platform and participation in real-money gaming is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:
To access real-money gaming at jiboss, you must create an account by completing the registration process at jiboss.club. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other information as jiboss may request for Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") compliance purposes.
You may hold only one (1) jiboss account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, you must contact jiboss support immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jiboss will never ask for your password through any channel. You agree to notify jiboss immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security.
jiboss reserves the right to reject any registration application, suspend or terminate any account, or refuse any transaction at its sole discretion, including without limitation where jiboss suspects fraud, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms.
Deposits. All deposits to your jiboss account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven payment channels, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. jiboss does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply charges at their discretion.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to jiboss's AML and withdrawal policies. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours.
KYC Verification. All accounts are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID) and such supplementary documents as jiboss may request. jiboss reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are satisfied.
Currency. All transactions at jiboss are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiboss does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
jiboss offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, bingo tickets, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion, which form part of these Terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all jiboss bonuses:
Each game available on the jiboss platform is governed by the specific rules of that game as supplied by the relevant game provider. In the event of a conflict between the game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in matters of account management, payments, and disputes, while the game provider's rules shall govern gameplay mechanics.
jiboss endeavors to ensure that all games are available without interruption; however, jiboss does not warrant that the platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or delays. In the event that a game is interrupted due to a technical fault before its natural conclusion, jiboss will determine the outcome of affected bets at its sole discretion in accordance with the relevant game rules and the applicable game provider's malfunction policy. All game round results displayed in your account history are deemed final.
The return-to-player ("RTP") percentages applicable to slot games are the theoretical figures certified by the game provider and represent long-run averages — they do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session or series of sessions. Past results do not predict or influence future results in any game available at jiboss.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the jiboss platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:
All content on the jiboss platform — including but not limited to the jiboss name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and other materials — is the intellectual property of jiboss or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiboss platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any jiboss content without the express prior written consent of jiboss.
jiboss collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jiboss may share your personal data with third parties where required by Philippine law, regulation, court order, or law enforcement request, and with service providers engaged to operate the platform. jiboss does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiboss and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits jiboss's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jiboss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jiboss reasonably believes that:
Upon account closure for cause, jiboss may forfeit any balance remaining in the account if such balance is connected to fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity. Where account closure is not due to a breach by the player, jiboss will process withdrawal of any legitimate funds remaining in the account to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of KYC verification if not previously completed.
You may voluntarily close your jiboss account at any time by contacting jiboss support. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with jiboss's Responsible Gaming Policy.
jiboss is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jiboss account holders:
Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and are irrevocable for the selected exclusion period. jiboss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiboss will provide notice to registered players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. For non-material changes, jiboss may update the Terms without prior notice, and the updated version will take effect immediately upon publication at jiboss.club/terms-conditions.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jiboss platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiboss platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account balance, or platform malfunction, you must first contact jiboss customer support to initiate an internal dispute resolution process. jiboss will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a formal complaint containing sufficient information to investigate the matter.
If a dispute is not resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines, under applicable Philippine arbitration rules, before resorting to litigation. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
